Ebid Store Categories

I am new to Ebid so maybe I am missing something but I can not add any categories to my stores. I can type in the categories I want but can not save them. Is this a glitch or can anyone help me with my problem?

Each store has a maximum of 30 Parent Categories with 15 sub categories per Parent.

Yes I understand that but the problem is when I add categories and sub-categories the system does not save anything. Is there a save button somewhere that I am missing?

No there isn't for that part of the store setup.
Contact support@ebid.net and ask them to take a look for you.
