Buyer asks me a question about an item.

I respond and tell them I will get back to them later today.

Now I can't respond because there isn't a specific question to answer.

How do I contact the buyer now?

Well, I edited the auction and added my message in the description area. Put it in a bright font. I hope the buyer sees it.

If you click on the link in the notification email you can add another reply to the question.

Very creative! You could also look at their user name and send them a private message. I think there's a way of also answering..a second time...but I don't remember how. good luck!

Thanks Captain. That solved my issue. HM, a seller can't pm a potential buyer. I understand about limiting contact, but sometimes a person needs to contact the bidder or potential buyer.
