    Question ITEM: Ask a Question

When a buyer asks a question on an item, how long does the question stay on the listing? Can a seller remove the question? Since this is the only way a buyer can contact a seller, sometimes the question does not pertain to the sale of or about the item being in question. Had buyer leave "question" with another members id name in question. (-), Another left a question that does not match the item, and wording in question is misleading for the item. (opinion)

You can close the auction (close NOT delete) and then restart it. The questions have then all disappeared.

You can also use your "My Blackball" section in your eBid Dashboard.
When you add someone to the Blackball list you can tick a box marked "Remove current Q&A?".
If you add the user, remove their Q&A , then remove that user from your list, it should have the effect you are after.

I believe relisting an item will cause a question to disappear, alternatively you may want to use the BB as mentioned above.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

thank you,... good idea, will use bb list, therefore I will not be charged a fee for re-listing an item with extras.
