Bulk edit issues

Been trying to update some info using bulk edit for the past few days.

The other days out of 300-odd listings in the buckets only 3, or 20, or 15 would be "successful", and today the bucket has been currently stood at "waiting to process" for the past hour (the blurb says within 10 miniutes or so). Obviously I dont mind it going slow if the site is busy at the moment because we all want ebid to be busy, but I am getting rather impatient to update some listings

(Incidentally for anyone who is bidding on any of my things, who reads this, what they are bidding on will not be affected, and all sales under the old details will be honoured )

I have not known the bulk edit go slow.

I don't use bulk edit so much though, I prefer to download a spreadsheet, change on the spreadsheet and reload it as overwrite. I just find it faster using the advanced facilities of a spreadsheet.

To be honest, I am not that confident with spreadsheets as I would have to edit in Openoffice rather than Office

I use LibreOffice, the latest version of OpenOffice, because I do things on my Linux PC which can't run Word.
Yes I am confident with Spreadsheets, so I can replace and filter easily, not for everyone

Without specifics of what you are trying to change then no targeted advice available.

If you are bulk replacing text then it must match at the HTML level.
