Fractions in description getting corrupted again

on importing some listings into the latest version of Ninjalister the fractions 1/2" are getting corrupted, as in the picture below.
it was ok with the last version of NL

I thought there would be problems when I saw:

0.99.79 released
UPDATE - Titles changed to 80 character limit from 55
UPDATE - Updated to UTF8 character set
UPDATE - Some characters were missing or being corrupted on import
UPDATE - Extra spaces within HTML tags causing problems
UPDATE - Editing auction via GTG was taking much longer than normal

Can you give us details pls. What are you importing?

It is a file imported from turbolister, I have uploaded a sample, item number 59866827

Aside from that do a search on eBid for the fraction 1/2
the number 12 is prevalent.

of course it might not just be the fraction that is causing the problem, it could be the speech marks as well ( " )

turbolister files still importing into the latest NL with the same glitch with 1/2" as in first post

Still a problem with speech marks as in item number 62370290

listings ok in turbolister but as soon as the listings are imported in Ninjalister it put double speech marks
also adding item specifics to the bottom of the listings
