When the personal information form asked my Zip Code, I entered the complete Zip Code. The form responded that I had not entered a correct Zip Code. Well, I did, too. I suggest that the programmer instruct the form to accept either Zip Code as there are those who don't know or don't have to use the last four digits as those who get their mail at their postal box, but it should accept the complete or full Zip Code as it is correct ... not invalid.

I don't know the last four digits of my ZIP code either. It is absolutely not needed for anything.

Couldn't agree more. If you really want to know your zip code plus 4, as they call it, you can check on the USPS website.

Did you try entering it again without the space (or with the space, as the case may be)
That's what always gets me on these online forms, expecially phone numbers which I always type with a space but apparently that's incorrect.
