I can't get Ebid on any computer in the house.

I cannot access Ebid from any computer in the house when there connected to my Sky modem but can get Ebid when I put my T Mobile dongle in. The only thing that I can assume is that for some reason Ebid have banned my IP address but why?.

How do I find out why my Ip address has been banned as I have not been banned nor I should be as I have done nothing wrong. Anyone any suggestions?

Put ebid on the approved list while using sky modem.

Checked all that and firewall setting all ok. I can connect using my dongle but not with any pc and when I use my Wi-Fi on my mobile it does the same unless I use the network where everything works. I definitely think they have banned my IP. Cheers fro your replies and thanks Madelaine I will email them.

I have contacted support as per Madelaine's post and await their response and maybe get this issue resolved. Thank you all for your input.
