Thread: Not Known Prices glitch/error

  1. #1

    Default Not Known Prices glitch/error

Surely if the postage is not known then adding a price to it is defeating the object? If postage is not known then surely the box to add postage costs should automatically be greyed out?

If a field becomes unnecessary it could be greyed out, but not doing so is a design choice not an error. If you think it would be better to do it, you should put that idea in suggestions not glitches IMO. Though the number of people who get confused and think they have to put a price in even when they've said they don't have one is probably low enough not to make it a priority change.

Doesn't take a lot to confuse me these days! lol
Especially when it comes to filling in forms, in almost everything. Im almost phobic about it now, we are ruled by having to fill them out so much now, and with the tick box culture we now live in it has almost sent my brain mad, so that even something necessary and relatively easy like the ones here on ebid sometimes become difficult for me.
Actually I have just come a cropper of the very issue that Craig has just raised. But I will learn from it.
