Gazza, store exempted but new listings not being uploaded to Google Shopping

I got the exemption for my Magazine Store, Kewtonia Magz
(exempt from 28 Sep 2011)
but the comics I have listed in it since that date are not being uploaded to google shopping.
The older listings including 3 comics still show up fine.

Not showing
2 Beanos, they do have barcode info & it is filled in

or any of the 10 US Comics in this store category

of the 10 American ones, only 3 have barcodes & the form won't accept them, as I posted on the other thread.

It wasn't showing yesterday, so has taken nearly week to show.
The other Beano listed the same time
