Well, I got a strange call from someone in California claiming they were with eBid Customer Support and when I tried calling them back the number
didn't work. I sent an e-mail to eBid customer support but I haven't gotten a reply yet. Has anyone in the US ever gotten a call like this?

eBid customer support isn't in the US, but maybe it could be a supplier of buddy items calling about shipping one of your wins on their behalf? You should get a reply back from support, no probs.

Why would they claim they are with eBid customer support? And no, they have always sent my items to the right address.
