Hi i am a new user to ebid

Seller+ account holder

I had my first sale it is for personalised pillowcase i replyed to my customers question and then can not go back to her message so now i can not personalise it as they left the name in the question as they would on ebay where i can go back to all my messages

is there any way see what people have asked?

Do i have to reply to all message of this sort

most people just put a name and nothing else will i be done if i ignor them ?

I am happy for this sale and impressed

I suggest you email her direct - you should be able to see her email address on the invoice.

You should be able to see any questions asked and the answers if you drill down into the sold item. I am sure that is what I have done in the past. Hope this helps.

Agree with the above. Alternately, you can use the Ask A Question feature in the AAL to contact your buyer.
