No Auctions

When I go to unsold (closed) auctions and search for anything to relist it is coming up as no auctions here at the moment. If i go through page by page i can find them but not as a search. What is wrong?

I have 80 auctions listed it is when i go to the unsold bit of my ebid to find previously closed auctions that i am having problems. I want to relist all my soaps but rather than going through 57 pages 1 by 1 i used to be able to type soap into the search box then just tick relist now it is coming up as no auctions found. Does that make sense

No clue. I had 3 closed, to relist, did a search at the top of the closed section for a word in the title of one of them, and it separated it out.....not sure why yours isn't working. If you look for some other criteria, like 100 gram, would it work?? I hope someone can help...........otherwise, unless support can explain it, sounds like you will do page by page for awhile.

Hi Penni,

All your closed auctions should be found on your 'My eBid' page under My Trading / Unsolds tab on the LH side of the page.

But didn't you *delete* a lot of auctions recently? Because if you did rather than just *closing* them, they will have gone forever.

Yes, that's where I find my unsolds, I always look under Auctions I Ran rather than do a search (I don't know that method)

Sounds to me as if wicca's looking in the right place, because she's able to go through page-by-page, but the search to narrow the field isn't working. is the word you're looking for definitely in the title? If not and you want to narrow by category, you need to use the filter, not search. Does that help?

It is (soap) and ive used other words to check but no matter what it comes back no auctions.

Then unless you've used any funny formatting (no spaces) or put hyphens in odd places in your titles, I think it's a bug for support to deal with.
