Make payments easier to make

Just purchased something on here and from the buyers prospective, could something be done to make a payment easier? At present this is the steps a buyer has to do before even departing with the money.

From the drop down menu:

1. Pay with PayPal
2. View Invoice

then the buyer gets this:

1. Pay by PayPal
2. Log in to PayPal
3. Confirm Payment
4. Return to eBid/seller/transaction

I'm sure after the 1st 2 steps the new buyer to eBid would think they've already paid

Could something be set up where the buyer gets to do the payment quicker? Something like this:

1. View Invoice
2. Pay by PayPal
3. Log in to PayPal
4. Confirm Payment
5. Return to eBid/seller/transaction

I've bought lots of things here and never found it hard to pay...

If you buy through Ebay you have just as many steps to go through...

buy the item,
hit the pay now button, takes you to the invoice
choose payment method, takes you to Paypal
log into Paypal
view and confirm payment details
Confirm Payment
return to....


I don't see what the problem is...and why would a buyer think they have paid just because they can see an invoice.

Exactly - as far as I can see it is coming up with a solution to a problem that doesnt exist.

It isnt exactly rocket science.

We've now stripped some steps out if the invoice is "finalised" when it's created.
