Where the Blazes is

I am new to Ebid. I find it totally confusing the way the listing page is laid out (having been on ebay for over 7 years). For some reason I am unable to list an item - although I have followed all the stages. My item is now in the defaults. A window informes me to go to 'My Sell' then to 'Parent Category' then to 'Popualtion' Where the blazes is the the 'Population' button according to the message in 'Help' it is at the top left of the fisrt screen.
I am unable to find it. Any one help - if this carries on I will be back with ebay

populate is on the top right of the 'sell' page. quite small print, so easy to miss

As Meebo said, populate is in the upper right. When you finish listing an item, make sure to click on the purple floating bar to start your auction, otherwise it will be saved in defaults.

Hang in there Buddyside! It was a little confusing to me at first too, but it will get easier everytime you list another item. Best of luck!

It's like driving a new car. Although the basics are the same as your old one, things are not where you are used to them being or don't work in quite the same way. If they did...you might as well stick with the old one.

Stop comparing everything back to any other site you used previously (I doubt you hit the ground running there the first day) and you will get on a lot better.

I like this thought too. I find I can miss a lot of needed things with automatic on the other side.

Yes ebid is different to ebay.
Imho its laid out much better.
But there are a few areas that need tidying up.

But all software is different and all auction sites are different.
You have to learn to be adaptable.

(Its like everything in life, you have to do it once or twice to get the hang of it)
