I wasn't shouting, either..........oops. Just wanted to make them look big like the tabs!! HA!! I love eBid.....I'm still learning thing and finding my way around. The basics are pretty easy, but some of the 'obvious' things can go a bit un-noticed. Don't know how long it took me to find the advanced search fine print........lol. And I still wouldn't click on help if I was looking for information on listing and selling.....more to find about contacting the owners.....(which it also does)

Just for reference you can also see it on the 'Stores' page and each country has it's own hot seller list. Haven't got a clue about your problem I'm afraid Naturelady !
