I wish I could share them, but you are too far away
Ironman I wish I'd stuck with the comic though in saying that fantastic four was worse...
Watched today Harry Potter and the half blood prince plus deathly hallows part 1, been disappointed with the last three. Also watched Ong-Bak excellent fight scenes, if you like martial arts.

Watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 on Thursday. I thoroughly enjoyed it even though it's a bit "dark". Sammy didn't like it but I think he was expecting the usual Hogwart'smagic etc (even though he's read the book!). My 17 yo niece has just returned from seeing HP&TDH Part 2 in the cinema - said it was brill. She'll also buy the DVD, so Nana will get a shot of that! YAY!

Nancy, I'm a Harry fan as well. I really liked DH p1. We rarely go to the movie theatres anymore, but it's likely that we'll go to Edmonton and we'll watch DH p2 at the IMAX in 3D. (I might be an old gal, but I like to read children's books sometimes and the HP series is a favourite of my inner child.) :-)

Marie - guess what I was watching this afternoon on the telly? The very first Harry Potter (Philospoher's Stone) and throughly enjoyed it too. I was laughing at Kori the other day when she said that she'd probably still be watching Harry Potter when she's 30. I'm just about to turn 58! I loved the books and the films and have watched the earlier ones several times. My only disappointment is with Harry's eyes. In the books, much was made of Harry's startling green eyes so like his mother's. Yet in the films, Harry's eyes are blue. I now know it was because Daniel Radcliff had problems wearing contacts hence the change. But as I say, my ONLY disappointment, so not bad!
Enjoy HP&TDH2 Marie!
