I think I would rather be one of the vendors at that vegetable market on the tracks then taking my chances under these wires.

Quick description...imagine your in a train tunnel, remove the roof of the tunnel then fill the tunnel on each side of the tracks with a market, items laid on the ground butt to the tracks. The vendors awnings need to be folded down as a train passes through and the edge of the train passes over the baskets of vegetables. Once the train passes the vendors put their awnings back up. As the train passes through it is withing inches of the vegetable stands and vendors.

It would appear if there is a problem they just add a new wire. I'll bet the last time I was talking with our local cable company and got transfered from one person to another and to another I was probably on every one of those lines.
