It does no harm to tick the boxes in the postage area so that people from all over the world can see the items you are trying to sell.
I have sold to Canada, USA, Australia and Europe by ticking those boxes.

The next thing you should do is to tick the gallery picture box in the settings for these items - this will cost you a 2% final fee but is well worth it.

It means that a picture of the item you are selling will show instead of a camera - people tend not to bother to click on the camera.
