In the used car parts business you may have two of the exact same parts, but two different conditions so they can not use the same photo or pricing. Do such auctions run the risk of being pulled?

Just make sure the title is different......like gizmo with screws, gizmo B, gizmo used, Gizmo C, gizmo new

You could use different wording in your 'listing title' - even a single word difference would possibly do.
Like with 'different condition' - could you use 'new condition' (for one) and 'slightly worn' (for the other) - just an example....
I think you only have to make sure the 'titles' are different.
