Change the AAL menu

I thought it was a short cut to Alcoholics Anonymous !

Yes it could do with a make over.
And the data entry box could be a bit bigger.

On every sold listing, if you go into the listing rather than just look at the summary page. It has it in full across from the left, but says "AAL Options" by the drop-down menu.

That's amazing. In the 3 years I've been here, I've never noticed it before.

My Dad used to sell software, and he says that people never read the whole screen, they just look at where they want to go.

You could put a whole lot of naughty words on some screens, and many people would never see them.

Instead of having the current AAL menu as a drop down.......

First - stop calling it an AAL menu.
This can ''sound'' as being something technical and complicated - especially to folks that are totally new to selling. (It may not actually be technical and complicated - but it can just sound that way to a novice)

Cant it just be put as a permanent table of clickable options always in view.
(there are probably some options I have not included in the image below, but it was just to give you the picture). edit......one to be added ''open item not received dispute''
The final option would be sent to support with all details of the transaction concerned.

Font colour could change as each option is used.

I go to...
1- My eBid
2- My eBid Summary (no words showing that say... AAL menu
3- then click... Status/options (no words showing that say.. AAL menu
4- What are you folks talking about?

After a sale, I click on the item purchased in My eBid Summary - then on the right hand side..........
