My Logo?

I have designed a rather simple logo on M-word, I have it saved in PDF then converted to JPG; I can also convert it to GIF. The problem is, it's way too big, and I have no idea how to downsize it. I had no such problem on another site; they would resize it for me, but apparently not here.

So here I am stuck. Any ideas?

Just open it with paint and resize!
