Happened to me. Some how the stamp fell (Ripped off?) Off so I got the letter from the Collection office cost me £1.00 (At the time) and inside was a £1 coin that someone had sent to me to cover a bus ride!

I had one sent back to me, the sticker the post office put on had come off,you could see where it had been.
They have changed the stickers to gold coloured ones and they dont stick so well, so now i insist on putting it on myself.

They leave the end stuck up as well so they stick to something else. I also hade one who stuck a lick it stamp on a polly bag, I made her change it with her saying but I already wet it now as it was sliding down the bag, Then she tried to charge for it, the problem is my dear hubby would not have said anything, by firework here well, she can't keep her gob shut.
