Hi,
Short and to the point:
1) Are sales higher on average with shipping included in the price Quote : "Free Shipping"
2) Are sales higher on average with low item price and shipping additional.
3) For Ebay sales are generally higher with shipping included, but that raises the fee Ebay receives.
4) Start a Best Practices blog/thread/or help menu that helps new ebid sellers be successful and therefore helps build your site desirability up for sellers and buyers.

Hi and welcome to eBid .

1) I would expect so, although as I don't use this option I can't say for sure, though I do combine shipping on most jewelry items.
2) IMHO it's best to start the item at auction for the lowest price you'd be happy with, as bidding is not as competitive (as yet) as on some other sites.
3) Fees are dependent on the services you use - (i.e., gallery thumbnails are 2% FVF per sale, but well worth the minimal cost, as items without thumbnails generally don't sell as well).

IMO there is no such thing as 'Free Postage' though I make no charge for packing materials!

Say it as it is, combine postage where you can!

I think buyers appriciate it more.
