Can't Seem To Add A Second Store

Hi there,
I already have one active store, but i wish to open another, i have a seller+ account, but everytime i add parent category it resets the title and the other settings and doesnt save my store, but when i try to do it again it says the store exsists, yet is doesnt, please help me

I can see two stores - the 2nd one is odds and sods.
