    Default invoice layout

I include a copy of my invoice withmy sales. I am also lazy and print another copy out just to cut the buyers address out to stick on the envelope to avoid any errors.

So inorder to save a sheet of paper is there any chance of

    1) having the buyers address above the sellers address so i can just trim it off the top to stick it to the envelope.( rather than side by side)

    and

    2) if this is possible then could the users name be above the real name to avoid having to snip around it. (as i do not want the users id name to be on the envelope)

Congratulations! Go to your My ebid page, find item under sold, and you will see choices on the dropdown menus. Chose send an invoice, it is all filled in. Make changes to totals via two dropdowns near grand totals if you are giving a discount. Filling them in will automatically change the grand total. Add a note to your buyer via the box below. And send. Easy peasy.

That's not the invoice. Have you found the "view invoice" thing in the AAL? If you print via the proper route I honestly can't see that it has "too much information" at all. I think you're possibly looking in the wrong place!
