Well it's show a family group from my view.

Only other suggestion is to clear your browser history.

    Firefox:

    Tools
    > Clear Recent History
Select Everything from the drop-down list
Tick Cache on the second list (and anything else you want to clear)
    Click Clear Now

    'Morning Mel!
Thank-you for trying to help with this problem.
I have done as you suggested, cleared the cache, but that darn palm tree is still there ... when viewed using Firefox. IE shows the new pic.
If it's only me that can see the tree with the caption 'our family' then I guess it doesn't matter. I was just hoping that other Firefox users can see the family group, not a tree called 'our family'

As said...I see the family group - and I use Firefox.

You are clearly holding an old copy of the page somewhere on your system. I don't understand why the actions so far have not cleared it out.

You're only seeing it because it's cached rather more firmly than is normal on your own computer. Why, heaven only knows! But it won't affect anybody else.

One last thought just sprang into my head - and I managed to capture it before it died of loneliness...

Try changing some of the text on the page and saving it. That should signal the browser when you next load the page that it has changed and the cached copy is out of date. You can change the text back again after.

Only admin can change the username. Afraid you will just have to persist until they do respond.
