WOW !!!! I can honestly say that I am VERY impressed with the support team here on eBid Thank you so much for all your hard work to get us to where we are!
They were able to let me know which listing I had put in the incorrect category and to fix it ! With over 2800 listings I was having a heck of a time trying to find that little error but the team was able to point me in the right direction. Guess I just wasn't in the right frame of mind that night lol
Back to the listing boards I go and I promise to try and not list in the wrong category again

I suspect tony is is a bog standard email they send out... a case of you have done so and so send out email A, and it is not until someone requests information that they actually look deeper to see just what the problem is... which in all fairness to support I can see why they do it that way
this happened to me, they send you the item number that has caused the problem but the only problem is you wont be able to find it because it has been removed. But ebid did point me in the right direction and I had listed something in the wrong catagory and I put this right and reposted it.I for one am glad to see ebid picking up on these things as we are all on here to try and make a bit extra money and it is a lot cheaper than ebay were you have little left when they have had their bit lol
