    Default Bulk photo upload grief

I am trying to bulk upload some pictures, 162 to be precise..

They are compressed in a zip file and this is only 482KB, so it is way under the prescribed 30Mb...

However, when I attempt to upload to my Gallery both Internet Explorer and Google chrome come up with a internet connection fault when there isn't a problem with the connection...

It looks very much like there is a minor problem at your (Ebid's) end... Please can someone help me? I need to do this as my current photo's are terrible when compared to the new ones, and this is probably why my auctions are not going anywhere!

    Thanks

    janey

As I said on the other thread...I carried out a successful test upload of a large ZIP file of images with no problems.

its still doing it today! arrrgggg... could it be explorer?

    What do you use?

    Janey

help much appreciated, however, just because you did it, doesn't mean that there isn't a problem there, esp as two of us haven't been able too.

    Firefox.

Have you checked it is actually uploading the file and that the upload is not being blocked by something like your firewall.

If you are using Windows then (for XP anyway) if you hit Ctrl+Alt+Del the Windows Task Manager will open. Click on the Network tab and you will then be able to confirm that the file is being sent when you start the upload by monitoring the graph.

however, just because you did it, doesn't mean that there isn't a problem there, esp as two of us haven't been able too.
Appreciated, but does indicate that the system was working while you were having problems so the problem is more likely at the user end - either in your system or in what you are sending.

We've located a problem with zips over 25mb. This has been fixed and you should now be able to upload up to 100mb zips.
