Could it be that you were only tweeting links to items for sale, & that you need to do some non linked ones too? For example about YDC, or About the Charities

Not heard back from them yet.

There were some non-linked tweets there (only a few but there was some)

I've got a support ticket open with them, but doubt it will get resolved before monday

There is more links on my page which is still OK when I last looked.

I've read the rules twice more and still see no reason to suspend / ban the account.

Things were going too smooth I suppose, but at least Paul set up the facebook page and is doing those post on there

Coming late to this, I was busy when you were first posting about and haven't been paying attention... I think if all you've been doing is posting a whole bunch of very similar tweets with very few ordinary tweeting going on, you've probably been robot-identified as a spammer. I've no idea what the process is for being unlocked, I'm afraid. Might be simpler just to abandon that account and start again, but get a better mix of tweets.

No, I just got a link to twitter rules and message saying that it had been reinstated

I hate to say it, but it's possible that somebody with an axe to grind simply reported you for spam. If you put in some hand-written tweets (you know what I mean!) rather than just the promoting ones, anybody who tries complaining again is likely to get shorter shrift. The occasional tweet about what YDC is, inviting people to join in, and saying how things are going would do it I'd have thought.
