No problems here either. Just created a listing from scratch in under 60 seconds.

You can now list as free auctions with no pics, then upgrade later to pics and gallery - why not get everything listed anyway, then put the pictures in when that bits fixed?

That's because you hadn't selected the free type of auction that expects no picture. That's why I said use free.
