Ok, i'm awake now, just taken a look at the template and the issue appears to be with the first div tag, the one with the id of template. It has a height set of 2710 pixels.

Actually too small I think. The wrapper div was telling the page that it ended higher up the page than than it visually did. So when eBid wrote to the end of the page the 'end' was not the visual end.

Unless I have misunderstood (there's always a first time).
