    Opting out just stops the automatic emails being sent by eBid. Your buyer/seller can still initiate a feedback request themselves.

    You're absolutely right. I boycott quite a few companies because of bad treatment, there is always another place happy to take my money. Every member of my family had stopped buying at Circuit City and Comp USA; they're both out of business now, so obviously we weren't the only ones. Best Buy and Radio Shack are still in business; both of them have wonderful customer service.

    The same is true here. We have to avoid doing anything that unnecessarily annoys buyers.
