I have a new buyer who has paid by pppay.com and marked it as paid, but I can not get the payment because it is the first time they have used the card on pppay.com so they have to verify, before I get the payment.

I have had this before,and had major problems so am not looking forward to this.

You can remove the green paid by using the payment not received dispute option. I explain to the buyer in advance it's not a dispute- just clearing the incorrect entry. I've used this in cases where an overseas buyer has forgotten to include postage, where an unverified buyer has tried using paypal. Once you've cleared the payment you can reissue the invoice

ive had this problem in the past , the payment marked as paid is misleading, if you dont check your pppay.com account,and send the goods you could well lose your goods with no payment, i had one buyer who tried this on, after a week i pointed out his payment was still waiting for him to verifi his account .[after he asked me to send the goods] he replied oh well i will get my money back after 2 months, now i dident know this, so this guy new his way around the system, i reported this to admin as a loop/hole in the system, and could be used as a scam, the one and only time they never replied ! you can change the AAL to umarked payment you need to open a "item unpaid dispute" i will not use PPPay.com till they get the verification system sorted out, namely no one can buy goods till they have verified there account , Ebid need a alternative payment system if they would just sort out the problems they have with the exsisting one.

Yes I know about that, but when a customer wont even reply to the questions you are asking them and the personal emails you have sent, I wouldn't be happy using that at all, I did stop using ppppay because of problems before, but thought i'd give it another go, think I am going to take it off again if we cant stop buyers marking items as paid, I also have a new customer who has sent a cheque who has marked it as paid, not happy at all about buyers being able to do this

depend on account type i think, but I do believe that silver account holders can do a money request.
