    Default Counterfeit Goods?

I've found that the goods I bought are counterfeit.

I paid by credit card, through Paypal.

Does anyone know how I should proceed with getting my money back? Do I start with the seller, eBid, Paypal, or my credit card company?

    thanks!

I would start the Paypal process first and then try to communicate with seller. I would finaly go through my credit card if no communication or Paypal cannot get your money.

    Hope this helps

Sorry to hear that this has happened to you.
Now, if it was me, I'd contact the seller first and ask for a refund - they will most probably tell you to send the item back first - go ahead and send it DC. If, after a reasonable amount of time has elapsed (ca. 3 weeks) and you get no joy, I'd do a charge back with my CC right away as PP always take their own sweet time, especially if the purchase was made outside of e**y. Your CC will most probably instruct you to send the item back to the seller in which case you will have DC proof of postage.

In the meantime, report the seller to support@ebid.net
