NooB- Listing on GoogleBase

Hi Astral and thanks for the help. Yeah all 13 items were displayed no problem in google base and only 1 all day was displayed in google product search. Then last night only 6 were in google base and no products in google product search.
What i think i have done wrong is, i tried to upload file at 9.55am yesterday so with the data feed i scheduled to "upload daily at 10am". But then i manually uploaded as well and i think they overlapped.

Also another problem is the very first data feed i done last week was uploaded fine and all items searchable in GB and Google product search. By the next day all had disappeard and i checked the data notes and said all items identifiers ( the EAN ). Someone said you are able to leave this blank ?

Sorry, meant to say Google said all items were missing product identifiers ( the EAN ). The Google base help pages are good but not giving me the info i need

I also understood the EAN was an optional attribute.

It moaned at me about missing EAN's in the early days. I initially gave it a few I knew (often, if the item is not new with its box/tags, you have no idea what they are) after that I stopped supplying them again and it didn't complain.

None of my items have EAN's now and there is nothing showing on the Data Quality tab to indicate it wants them.

Hello astral276, just to let you know the manual feed i uploaded yesterday has been sucessful and all items are active on both GB and Google product search. Cheers for the help !

I've given up trying to work out how the Google rating system works

But it seems as if everyone who uses the "username_on_ebid" format are being collated together.......and at the moment we have a 5/5 rating and 44 positive reviews
