    Default Payment received

    When i receive a payment i have to check paypal to see if the item/s have been paid for and manually mark item/s as paid, Why doesn't the payment received (p) icon not automatically turn green so i can see the item/s have been paid for, if i sold quite a few items here i would be in a right muddle

    I'm pretty sure it does on my screen and if I hover over it, it turns blue and takes me to PP log-in so I can check the details.

    Just sold another item and i have had to mark it as paid manually, Only knew i had a sale from getting a paypal email for payment received, wonder if i am not giving the system time? will leave it a bit longer next time to see.

    Have your checked the box or boxes about notification of payment are ticked in My eBid>My Options?

    I just had a sale and it was marked paid on eBid.

    I still go over to Paypal to verify and process the shipment.

    I have had exactly this problem, contacted support they say they cannot find anything wrong and nobody else has reported the problem, I get emails from Paypal saying that a payment has been made

    I'm still having the same issues of having to manually check for payment and mark as payment received along with the upload to google option on NO and greyed out,It's ok for the members which all runs smoothly for but for us who have constant issues nothing ever seem to get resolved, It would be a nightmare on here if i sold loads.

    Did you make the checks I suggested back in March? If you did, have you contacted eBid Support directly rather than through this Forum? They should be able to help you.

    Hi, I did make the checks you suggested and all the right boxes are ticked, I have contacted ebid directly about a couple of issues one of them being the manually marking as payment received, I didn't get an answer back about it so the forums are the only place i can ask for help about this issue and maybe vent a little frustration.
