Lockdown YDC Announcement

OK...looks like it's getting to that time again to regroup as a fundraising crew

So...the most recent YDC went really well during the recent stage of lockdown and related stuff and we raised lots of lovely dosh for some fabulous causes Things sort of went a bit pear shaped though since then

It looks like the November YDC is going to be very limited now that England has been put under new restrictions again.

I'm happy to have another bit of a break until 2021 and come back here then and discuss it all out again. I have spoken to our winner and am hoping they come on here and add something to this thread as I have no idea what I am doing lol

Hi Folks,

My area was already in stage 3 and I knew we would be going to go into full lockdown, but I never expected it to be the whole of the country!

With this new lockdown being at least until the 2nd December, and the post possibly being disrupted again,

I think having a break until the new year is the most sensible thing to do in the circumstances.

Lets regroup in January and start January 2021 by making YDC the best yet!

I took up the reins in January 2020. We had a YDC in January and February then nothing till September and October

I'm happy to get back to YDC in January

Last heard his elves have all been furloughed and he's had to cull a couple of reindeer to conform to his bubble of 6 - I tried to cut a deal with him for any excess stock I could take off his hands for him but he hasn't replied yet....
