I find your problems and the lack of reponse and solutions you feel you are getting are really disheartening.

Ebid needs to work on getting its sparkle back. Hard to imagine why the problems can't be quickly remedied. You can't be the only one having these issues, and support should be able to see the consequences.

    Steve,

I have placed your accounts as active again but as we said in the support tickets our systems are flagging up a lot of suspicious activity which I am sure there are genuine reasons for which we are genuinely interested into getting to the bottom of so we can try and avoid this happening to others. If you set up the accounts for the other buyers on your own device it would make sense or if you have visited them and used the same computer for multiple accounts that would also make sense. We get a lot of users who bid and buy on their own items so I hope you can understand why we have these checks in place.

    Thanks,
    Gazza

Thank you for the attention to our issues.

One of my computers was used by Kay some time ago (maybe to set up her account).

Could it also be a problem that all residents here (about 500 of us) have the same street address and most of us use the same central internet server ?

    Steve.
