De-registered buyers

For the third time in the past year or so, one of my buyers appears to have been de-registered before the transaction was even completed. Quite a number, considering I only had 7 or 8 sales during that period.

Not really harmed by this as all the transactions were paid for before the buyer became deregistered... only thing I'm missing out on is about 35 feedbacks.

Is this a normal sort of thing on eBid? I've been a seller on greedbay since 1998, and I think something like that has happened maybe twice in thousands and thousands of transactions. Do we get a lot of deadbeats here?

I notice that deregistered buyers are mostly overseas.

Last weekend I had one buyer, who had previously been deregistered, reregister, buy a number of items, pay for all but one of the items, and then deregister again.

All but one will be sent; it is up to the buyer to sort out their own affairs.

I am wondering if this is normal procedure when non ebid members want to purchase items but have to go through a certain procedure to be able to purchase and once they have paid, are automatically 'de-registered' afterwards?
