Export Sales Data

I tried using the Export Sales Data to get a list of my recent sales, as I normally do. All I got was an empty file.

Tried reloading Ebid, the same.

Then tried on Firefox instead of Chrome, and it worked!

Any reason why Chrome is not downloading data today? At least I know what to do if it happens again.

If you got the file with Chrome but it was empty of data I would more suspect eBid errored out while creating the content rather than a browser issue. The fact Firefox worked being more coincidence that anything else.

I would try again with Chrome and see if the issue persists.
