When I used Ninja I always had to update Adobe first before the updated Ninja would load.

If anyone is having problems try this as from what I've read on this forum NL works with Win 7 and Win 10.

From my experience of downloading the new version yesterday, and if you already have Air installed, Air will automatically upgrade. You just need to click the button to install once NL upgrade has installed.

The button within NL should simply open your browser at the My eBid > My Bulk Upload page which has the link to download the new version of NL. Not sure why that isn't happening for you.

When you install the application it will let you know if you need to upgrade your current version of Adobe Air (the background technology that NL runs under). If any upgrade is needed then NL should install/upgrade itself after the update to Adobe Air is finished.

Tried to import my first lot of listings. Says I cannot as they are Buy it Now but they are not. On the Ninja I cannot find how to edit an item, any pointers appreciated.

My guess is that you have managed to import your listings as you state that you cannot find how to edit an item.

To edit:

Double click first listing - a new window will open
Delete the BuyNow £ amount
Put the amount you're happy to accept in the Starting Bid £ box
Save listing

Went the long way round to update - My Bulk Edit/Download, etc.
