Default I am so very cross

I have asked support via this Glitch venue about my problem with ntotices.
STILL no response except from some forum members. So I have taken their advice and removed ALL notices in the hope that the buyer will try again. The message I had from her today read:

Just tried again to buy but it is not possible. So I think I give up now. Thank you so much for your efforts.

WHY ON EARTH have the option to put different notices on different stores if it doesn't work?? No one on the forum could see the notice, but when the buyer went to buy the item, it prevented her (saying the store was on holiday........when it was the other store that waa!!)

So probably TWO LOST SALES of my HERMES ashtrays.
    Ta-Ta for now!

Did you contact admin direct rather than through the forums? For something that prevented sales I would not rely on admin picking up on a forum post. Submitting a ticketed notice, either via the site or email, does at least give some indication that the report has been seen, whereas you have no idea if it has via the forums.

Even if when they are aware an immediate fix is unlikely, so you will have to work with the problem until it is resolved.
