Discount problems

Curious if anyone else is having these issues. I put a discount on a number of items. The drop down list for the length of time only goes to 24 instead of 45. Some of my discounts ended so I went to the first listing to add it back. I saved the changes but the discount was not applied. I tried a bulk edit with 2 listings. 1 discount applied but the second one did not. Are these system issues or is there something I'm not aware of about discounts? Thanks in advance!

Did you change the "hours" to "days"?

Yes, on each one. Bulk editing allowed one but not the other.
