after having similar events to my PP acc' they have now closed said acc' permanent. sales are now near zero because of them, im shocked. and the same will happen to most if not all those that are already in suspend mode. i have hadto change all my business and banking details to NOT accept PP anymore, took a long while but got through it, have monies in that acc' too and it wont be released or ever paid back, which i think is a blatant (legal) SCAM conducted by PP, i will NEVER deal with this behemoth again, am now doing a great replacement platform called 'worldremit' and i dont know how it can be included here but it should be another option?
good luck to all those in a similar situation.
Oh and also there Is no-one to talk to at PP only customer service and they say they dont discuss "technical matters' only the tech department will deal with these complaints only through emails, which incidentaly take days to reply to or not at all, go figure!

in short your account is about to be canceled, and nothin you can do about it. i tried and pleaded but there decision was final. and they keep all the money in it.

If you get no satisfaction you can always complain to your banking ombudsman, if you have one in Australia.

No answer to my problem as yet - I can still use the account with no restrictions with just the threat of possible closure if I don't jump through their hoops - which I'm not.

Today Paypal have returned my main account to 'Regular Standing' - only taken them two months !

And I didn't jump through any hoops - just ignored them.

Odd email from Paypal regarding two purchases a newish eBidder made with me yesterday:

"We have placed a temporary pending status on this transaction...........................
PayPal is required to review certain transactions in order to minimise risk for us or our customers.
We will complete this review within 72 hours. This review involves this transaction only and does not
affect the use of your PayPal account for other transactions."

Never come across this before, so slightly puzzled. The buyer's feedback is OK although they have been buying a lot since they joined eBid at end of April 2016 - maybe that's why?

I had this a few weeks ago with a regular buyer, it lasted for 3 days then the transaction went through, neither of us knew why!
