Creditcard updated but still showing "Update your registered card"

I have twice this week updated my new creditcard and when I have done that it shown info accepted... but info on my subscription page are still showing ????

"Card************xxxx.Expires end of May/2019
Expired cards will close accounts and delete auctions. Update your registered card details now."

Looks like a case of bad/misleading wording (now that's unusual ) on the page. eBid's use of English is often 'interesting'.
