Forget about rules hurry, the whole concept of YDC needs changing.

Raising monies for charity should be fun - currently same members bidding.
Raising monies for charity does not mean members buying chocolate to list.
Raising monies for charity means an AUCTION which is what YDC used to stand for (YDA Yorkies Daft Auctions) - no enhancements - no reserves - no bin.
Raising monies for charity needs to give international sellers a chance - when was the last time an international seller won a YDC?
It's time YDC listers came up with an Auction For Charity rather than winning a competition which is irrelevant.

Change is what is needed and then maybe other members that list for charity will join in.

Due to the rise in postage costs should YDC's be held again in each country giving sellers the option of posting internationally?

You are doing a grand job hurry so please don't take my comments as derogatory.

Okay, my typing fingers glued together for this thread. I won't reply to any posts, I just had to say what I felt.

Ideas, suggestions and opinions from YDC participants on how to create the best YDC experience is always welcome. I'm sure each person has their own thoughts how this is best accomplished.

One thing I do know is that in order for anyone to be willing to be part of YDC, they need to know that the event exists. Keeping YDC in the forefront on the forums is one way to get the word out there.
