Confused by Stores Totals also Bulk Upload Problems

Hi, I am reconfiguring my stores, and moving things from one store to another. One thing that confuses me is that the total of items in the new store updates when the refresh button is pressed; however the original one stays on the same figure. I have a total of 32 items five of which have been transferred to the new book store. This should leave 27 in the other store but it is showing 31 items and the transferred items are in both stores.

i recently updated the courier price for my items which I did by using the bulk upload option. I received a confirmation that all had been completed successfully. However I am now checking over the items when I reloctate them and have found that the other carrier options have been deleted. This is not helpfull with the upcoming Mail price increases. It is not too bad for me as I only have 32 items, but for other users with far more it will be disastrous.

Would it be possilbe to correct this please, preferrably before Easter?

The store totals sometimes take a while to update - yours seems to look OK now?
