eBid RETURNS POLIDY

I have been a LIFE TIME member for several years but have hardly used eBid at all. I have used the "other" service and, as many, continue to be frustrated by it's unfriendly seller attitude. After being a member for 17 years I've been FORCED to accept my first 2 returns...EVER ! Can someone please tell me about eBid's policy about returns ? By the way BOTH of my returns were by people who had NOT read my extremely detailed descriptions. Thank you all ! P.S. I had reread the eBid "Terms & Conditions" and did not see anything specific.

Unlike the other venues, eBid does not dictate your return policy. You determine when and how you want to accept returns. That being said, if you accept PayPal they have "buyer's protection" that does have specific terms.

total paid and bought £12

Scrap for repairs 2 listings to Maelbrigda she sent £5
Scrap for repairs 2 listings to Maplegin he sent £5
Latte Set £5 received from Madeleine
Tea Cups £4 received from Meebo1
Total £19 which I pay immediately
