    Default Offer made whilst on holiday

    Hi,

    Whilst I was on holiday a potential customer made a couple of offers for some items, I was fairly surprised that the system allowed offers to be made on items when holiday settings were on btw!

    I would have accepted but they auto expired. How do I contact him to let him know this? I would only accept the offers if the buyer bought both so just reducing the price and hoping he notices isn't an option.

    Sounds like you forgot to tick the 'Listings will be viewable but not buyable' box when doing your Holiday Notice.

    Suggest you get in touch with support@eBid.net and ask them for help/advice as regards the offers received.

    Thanks, I wanted to keep them viewable, just didn't expect offers to be able to be made!
