When looking to gain internet sales i have never understood why there are still a good many sellers who will not sell internationally, in the majority of cases there is no inherent risk when sending a package to the other side of the world as compared to sending locally.
In general international packages reach their destination in a surprisingly short time.
For any one sending packages to UK its worth reminding everyone that anything that shows a customs declaration of £15 or over is subject to fairly high import duties and the Royal Mail apply an £8 collection fee on top of all of these duties.....so it could be worthwhile adapting any customs declarations to take account of this as there is the very real possibility that some of these packages could remain uncollected. Many UK buyers are unaware of these charges until they're notified of them.
